Moesha Buduong, a Ghanaian actress and social media personality, has advised Ghanaians to continue reading the Bible and not to be brainwashed by men of God.

This is in reaction to Nigel Gaisie’s assertion that being a man of God has nothing to do with consuming alcohol or womanizing.

“When a man of God consumes alcohol, it does not make him a fake,” the man of God claims. It does not make a man of God a phony if he steals. When a man of God womanizes or a woman of God has another partner or doesn’t have one, he or she is considered a fake.”

He said that if men of God were evaluated on the number of women they had had or their infidelity, King David, who is known as God’s favorite, would not have acquired the title in the first place.

“Every mortal vessel has a flaw; what distinguishes a man of God from the others is when he breaks his promise. “What makes that man of God a fraud is if he no longer preaches Jesus,” he observed.

“If you believe that drinking is bad, then you should condemn David, because David was a habitual alcoholic and womanizer,” he said.

Moesha Buduong has encouraged Ghanaians not to be brainwashed by people like Nigel Gaisie because God is clean. She suggested that instead of listening to Nigel Gaisie’s sermons, we read the Bible.
