Kumasi-based Gospel musician Michael Antwi, who also acts as an evangelist and radio personality, is claiming ownership of 's song “Biibi Besi,” which featured one of Ghana's most lively artists, Kuami Eugene.

Evangelist Michael Antwi, also known as Condemn, told Akoma FM's Tony Best on Kwantenpon Drive that he launched the song in 2020 but later discovered it had been copyrighted by .

“My Biibi Besi was released in September 2020, while Kwame Yogot's was released in February 2021, indicating that he plagiarized mine.

If anyone uses the Biibi Besi in another song, it means that my rights to the song have been infringed upon, and if proper negotiations between myself and Kwame Yogot's management are not met, I will have no choice but to take him and his management to the appropriate quarters because I have registered the song under Copyright,” the man of God stated.

When asked if he had heard of Evangelist Antwi's Biibi Besi song, Kwame Yogot responded he had no idea who he was and that if the Evangelist professes to be a man of God, he should ask God if his song was released before his.

After that, he dropped the phone, and all attempts to reconnect with him were useless.

Condemn claims that, while he cannot claim ownership of the term “Biibi Besi,” he was the first to set it on a beat, making it his intellectual property.
