“Me Not Riding In A Lamborghini Doesn’t Mean I’m Not Making Money From My Music”-Amerado Burner Says
Amerado, the talented Ghanaian rapper, has said that while he and his crew have made a lot of money from their music, they are reinvesting it back into the art, so just because he isn't seen driving flashy automobiles doesn't mean he is penniless.
Despite their great success in the industry, a few singers manage to maintain modest lifestyles. Joey B and a few others are two that I can confidently brag about.
In a recent interview with Amansan Krakye on Kastle FM, Amerado stated that just because he isn't riding in a Lamborghini doesn't mean his art isn't paying him well.
According to him, he has made a lot of money from his craft since he first appeared on the scene, but he is reinvesting it back into the craft in order to create even more.
“So just because Amerado isn't riding in a Lamborghini doesn't mean I'm not generating money; it just means we're putting it back into the craft,” he explained.
He feels that investing is important, therefore he would rather invest in his trade and make more money than waste his money on showy lives as his career collapses.
“We're making sure we're doubling the money we get,” he explained, “because the more you spend in yourself, the more people will take you seriously.”
