In an interview with MX24 TV, Amerado, the current VGMA best rapper of the year, reaffirmed his dedication to preserving the rap subgenre in the music business.

Amerado said he feels it is his duty to encourage and promote upcoming talents in the field.

“Absolutely, I agree. I have a great deal of responsibility, which is how I have been able to open doors for fresh talent. I provide them beats, prod them to rap, and share their performances on my TikTok. I think I'm also shining a light on them in my own way, as these films frequently get at least 100,000 views,” he said.

Amerado talked briefly about the significance of an artist's retaining their own distinctive brand identity. He emphasised that artists must have a distinct vision, direction, and brand characteristics. Instead of striving to imitate other people's tactics, he advised artists to forge their own routes to success.

“I wish I could speak for everyone, but to be an artist, you must have a brand attribute that expresses who you are and what you stand for. A vision is necessary. You must have strategies and guidelines. You can't say that to me because this man achieved greatness by taking this path. Your stars will shine in that direction, he advised.
