NDC members call for the resignation of Ketu South Constituency Deputy Organizer
Members of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the Ketu South constituency have called for the immediate removal of Mr. Joseph Kwame Gidiglo from his post.
According to the party faithful's who call themselves ‘undersigned signatories', Mr. Joseph used his office to engage in uncivilized actions that breaches the constitution of the party.
In a letter addressed to the Chairman of the party in the constituency, the party members accused Mr. Gidiglo of using his position to “lure women for sexual intercourse” which they describe as “a criminal offence contrary to the laws of Ghana as in the instant petition, and is attracting a bad reputation for the party”.
They further added, “with reference to above demands, which are against article 48 (a and e) of the NDC party as amended in 2018, we are demanding from the leaderships of the party to apply article 48 (1) on the basis of article 48 (a and e) to expunge Comrade Joseph Kwame Gidiglo from his current position and also give him indefinite suspension until the disciplinary proceedings are concluded by the party disciplinary committee. We hope that our request will be given the necessary attention it demands in the large interest of the party”.
