Fast-rising Ghanaian musician Rolex B has expressed what he describes as his disappointment in the governance system of President Akufo-Addo.
The musician says President Akufo-Addo has become a failure who has run the country into a hole that is hard for the citizens to return to normal lifestyle as it was before the start of his administration.
In the song titled ‘Dada’, Rolex B asked the President and any of his team to forget ‘breaking the 8’ because to him, “Ghanaians are not fools to allow that to happen”.
He said if that happen, the hardship, and illegal practice would continue and further bring devastating living condition on the citizens.
“You told me to believe in you because you gonna be there for us. Today I’m suffering and you don’t want to hear my cry. I leave everything to God. Dada you’ve lied to me, Dada you deceived me. You gave me many promises but nothing has changed. Understand that you’ve failed. Citizens are hungry and you now want to build a Cathedral. Ghanaians are sad, stuck in illegal mining” he said in the song emotionally.
