“Everyone is aware that I experienced a significant and well-publicized split. And that was difficult for me right away. Yes, it was. It’s not how I make it appear. In fact, I put on weight during the period.
To put it simply, God has taken good care of me. I took it in good faith since it was a learning experience,” she remarked.
She described herself as a timid and shy person in real life and said that she tends to isolate herself when she is having problems.
“When I’m having problems, I like to withdraw and come out when I’m alright. I can claim that I still had support because I had my son. I think I would have felt a little alone if it weren’t for him. I’m a rather shy individual. In actual life, I’m rather timid and quiet,” she remarked.
Speaking about her musical journey, Michy revealed that Shatta Wale found her potential and shared how being around his greater than.
“It feels good calling him my ex. I used to date the biggest artist in Ghana, so… You know, sometimes I have to live up to it. I think I actually lived up to his confidence and courageous persona.
“But it’s time to be myself, and these were part of the changes I went through apart from the breakup. It was time to evolve into myself,” she stated.
