Kwadwo Nkansah Lilwin, the Kumawood actor, has lately added football to his resume, signing with the New Edubiase United football team.

Some social media users branded the football club's executives as irresponsible for hiring an actor who had previously dabbled in music. Many speculated that the actor may have exploited his celebrity to influence his signing with the club, or that the team had no intentions to advance in their profession to sign an actor to play for them.

Lilwin said in a recent interview with Zionfelix, a Celebrity and Lifestyle writer, that God has gifted him with several skills, one of which is football, in addition to acting and music.

According to him, football has always been one of his loves in life, and he feels privileged to be able to show a different side of himself to his followers, who previously only knew him for his acting and singing abilities.

He stated that his team's coach previously urged him to take his football career seriously since he has the talent and that he will most likely sign him to his team one day. He stated that he will never take his gift for granted because God gave it to him for a reason.

He also boasted that he may be the most expensive football player in Ghana at the time, claiming that no other footballer in the nation will receive the same amount of money from the team as he will.
