You are paid GH¢40 by UTV” – Shatta Wale teases Arnold Asamoah
Shatta Wale, an Award-winning Musician has once again criticized entertainment commentator Arnold Asamoah Baidoo, claiming that he only charges GHc40 as royalties for appearing on United Television.
Arnold Asamoah and Shatta Wale have never been close friends. This is due to an altercation between Arnold Asamoah and Shatta Wale that occurred live on television.
During the broadcast, Shatta Wale charged Arnold and nearly punched him on live television after disagreeing with some remarks the latter made about him. Arnold “is not at my level” and “he's poor,” claims Shatta Wale.
During an interview on Metro TV, Shatta Wale stated that entertainment pundits do not have the right to criticize artists because they are not businessmen. Shatta Wale issued a warning to Arnold to stay off his business and rather focus on taking meager money for his punditry duties on UTV.
“I need to listen to money makers and businessmen, not Arnold. He is not a businessman. He does not understand what I say about money royalties. Arnold still wants to sit on TV and take 40 Ghana Cedis and still roll out,” he said.
