Meek Mill Took $50K To Perform At AfroNation – Insider Reveals

The most recent juicy tidbit to surface amid the uproar surrounding American rapper Meek Mill is the sum of money he demanded in order to play at the just concluded Afrochella concert.

Meek Mill was reportedly paid $50,000 USD by the organizers of the music festival to perform, according to Baba Sadiq, the former CEO of 3 Media Networks and an expert in the entertainment industry.

He revealed this after a back-and-forth exchange with a Twitter user who criticized him for calling Meek Mill a lesser-rated rapper since he has lost steam and is no longer at his peak compared to his contemporaries like Drake, etc.
