Didn’t Mcbrown Give UTV The Views Too? – Afia Pokuaa Asks Those Attacking Nana Ama Mcbrown For Leaving UTV

Kwame Nkrumah, Tikesi, and Ohene Nana Kwame Amo, also of Okay FM, criticized Nana Ama McBrown for leaving the Despite brand after she switched from UTV to Onua TV. This criticism came during the “Ade Akye Abia” morning show.

Moreover, McBrown was sacked from Neat FM by a presenter, Ola Michael, for leaving UTV to work for another station.

For these individuals, Nana Ama McBrown has been unappreciative of the business and its managing director, Fadda Dickson, who gave her the chance by training her how to conduct programs.

Afia Pokuaa, also known as Vim Lady, a member of the Notwithstanding Media Group crew, has responded to the criticism by stating that it is wrong for her employees to criticize Nana Ama McBrown.

She said in a Facebook post that the behavior was inappropriate and would harm the media.

According to Vim Lady, the proprietors of the Notwithstanding Media Group have no objections to McBrown leaving the organization, so she is perplexed as to why some of her coworkers are condemning McBrown.

The Lady made the observation that the critics were only behaving in this way to win the favor of their bosses.

She wrote:

A job is a contract to exchange SKILLS/TALENT for SALARY. Nobody is doing anyone any favor by employing them. A contract too can be repudiated or abrogated at any time. The same way, me, Abeiku Santana, Kofi Kum Bilson and Obiyaa left Multimedia to join Despite Media, someone can leave and join another company. It’s just a job. The OWNERS OF DESPITE MEDIA are okay with McBrown but the disciples are always shouting to gain favor from the bosses. Did McBrown not increase our viewership too? Or did you give her the acting talent too?
