“Myself And The Entire Team Are Safe” – Teni Breaks Silence On Her Kidnap Incident

Teniola Apata, better known in the music business as Teni, the popular Nigerian musician, has finally spoken out about the shooting incident.

A video was posted on social media early Monday morning showing unknown assailants firing bullets when Teni was performing on stage in Port Harcourt.

Following the release of the footage, there were several reports concerning the event that occurred at Teni’s concert on Sunday evening. Teni was seen exciting her audience with a beautiful performance in a video published online until some unknown males fired rounds towards the rear of the crowd.

After the pistol was discharged by the mysterious gunmen, Teni and her crew were spotted fleeing the stage. According to reports, the singer of “Uyo Meyo” was nearly kidnapped by unknown assailants. Her assembled crowd was also spotted fleeing for their lives.

Teni has finally broken silence after the video went viral on social media. She took to her Instagram page and assured her fans that she is safe and also thankful to God for her life. She wrote, “I and my team are back home. thank you for the calls and messages”. Could have been a different story entirely but I’m grateful to God.
