“It Is Against The Law To Kiss And Tell” – Lawyer Maurice Ampaw

To the amazement of many, celebrity lawyer Maurice Ampaw has disclosed that it is illegal in Ghana to publicly disclose information about a consensual relationship between two people.

The lawyer revealed this during a discussion on Abena Korkor's habit of posting the names of guys she claims to have had sex with on United Showbiz Saturday.

Mr. Ampaw believes Abena Korkor's actions are a breach of her sexual partner's rights. He further stated that her posting of obscene content on social media constitutes a legal violation.

According to him, the constitution protects Abena Korkor's “right to privacy and secrecy” in sexual interactions and affairs, and she may be detained and punished for what he calls a defamatory publication.
