“What is going on between Black Sherif and his investor has the potential to depress him” – Abu Sadiq
Sadiq Abubakar Abdulai, the CEO of 3Music Networks, has recommended that Black Sherif and his former funder, Snap, settle their differences outside of court.
When disputes between investors and artists are not resolved peacefully, he believes it has the potential to harm both parties as well as the business.
Mr. Abdulai said on Tuesday’s Daybreak Hitz on Hitz FM that this problem might undermine investor confidence and cause lethargy. People who are interested in investing in the sector but are on the fence begin to withdraw or express questions.
“It would have been wonderful to reach an out-of-court settlement.” “I know Snap has been dedicated to an out-of-court resolution, and I know the Sheriff’s team has been as well.”
“I believe that continuing that interaction would be beneficial to both sides.” But, notwithstanding, if both parties want to go the distance, it will serve as a valuable case study for the industry, “he concluded.
Furthermore, the CEO of 3Music Networks stated that this might stifle Black Sherif’s career advancement and negatively impact his mental health.
He said that while the “Kwaku The Traveller” hitmaker has been making progress in the industry, it’s critical not to generate any bad blood that may harm his public image.
