I’ll enter politics at the right time – Shatta Wale

Shatta Wale, a dancehall and afrobeat musician, has stated that he will enter politics, but at the appropriate time.

Regarding his goals, Shatta Wale asserts that anyone with the necessary credentials can openly enter politics, contrary to popular belief.

According to Shatta Wale, he thinks that people assume he wants to enter politics since he has a sizable fan following. He explained that he has a different perspective and that individuals across the nation who have been motivated by his message through his music will also support him in addition to his fan base.

“Already some of the people think I feel I am too powerful but I don't see myself like that. So, If I come out and say I want to be in politics, people might feel like it's because I have fans who always surround me everywhere I go,” Shatta Wale said.

The ‘My Level' hitmaker added, “I believe I will go into politics when the time is right just as Samini wants to let us know he wants to go into politics.”
