Kalybos Gave Me My Stage Name – Ahuofe Patri

Ghanaian actress Priscilla Opoku Agyeman claims that fellow actor Richard Asante, better known by his stage name Kalybos, gave her the idea to adopt the stage name Ahuofe Patri in an interview with Felicia Osei on the Accra-based Onua FM program “Adwuma Adwuma.”

The actress shared her experiences while portraying Kalybos in the well-known “Boys Kasa” series.

She claims that the well-known show wasn't intended from the start but was rather developed as a tool for students to put their academic knowledge into practice. It gained popularity after the first few episodes were uploaded online.

She revealed how Kalybos nicknamed her “Ahuofe Patri” because of her attractive appearance while they were filming their world-record-breaking comedy.
