‘Dreams really do come true’ – Medikal reacts to Lil Wayne Posting him on his Instagram story

Ghanaian Rapper Medikal recently responded poignantly to American rap legend Lil Wayne posting a picture of him on Instagram stories.

In the photo, holding a bottle of Lil Wayne's BumBu rum, Medikal looked back on his life-changing experience and said that Lil Wayne's influence had inspired him to become a rapper.

In a post on his X account, Medikal emphasized the surreal nature of dreams coming true, stating, “Became a rapper because of this Man and my whole life changed. Damn! Dreams really come true. Love Wayne.”
