The importance of talent managers giving their artists' health and well-being first priority has been highlighted by George Britton, a well-known player in the Ghanaian music scene.

However, talent managers have obligations that go beyond contract talks and economic dealings because they are the protectors of their artists' careers.

“No matter what circumstances you find yourself in, it is your responsibility as a manager to look out for the artist. It is your responsibility as a manager to ensure that every aspect of the product you are selling is in top condition, from performance to health to everything else.

Thus, I have to be mindful of the food we consume. I don't have to explain that Camidoh was drinking water before we met; therefore, I don't have to keep offering him water. The difficulty level never stops rising. We are playing in New York today after our performance at Anyinam yesterday. Thus, how do we grow, and why is it necessary? We must be in good bodily, mental, and spiritual condition,” he stated.
