“Maxin Is Like A God To Me Now; Her Voice Alone Erases All My Problems” – Nana Ama McBrown

In a recent interview with Kwaku Manu, actress Nana Ama McBrown opened up about the challenges she faced when trying to conceive for the first time.


She claimed that she went through so much suffering before becoming pregnant that she even believed God had cursed her. McBrown said that when she was younger, she went to an abortion with a companion.


Although she didn’t personally have an abortion, she claimed that at one time she felt as though God was punishing her for her intense desire for a child.

McBrown stated that while she finally became pregnant, nobody should undervalue the suffering she endured.

In the same interview, the screen goddess revealed that she now sees her daughter like a god who, no matter what she (McBrown) is going through in life, the voice of her daughter calms her down.
