No matter what the circumstances, Okyeame Kwame has made it clear that he would never write a book detailing his previous relationship with actress and media personality Nana Ama McBrown.
Even if it had a financial cost to him, he stated that he disliked being involved in activities that might lead to disputes involving people he knows.
Okyeame Kwame was adamant that he would not write a book about his past relationship with McBrown, saying he would sooner starve to death than jeopardize their harmony.
This decision is in response to rumors that Okyeame Kwame’s book might have received more attention and publicity if it had included controversial topics similar to those covered in Yvonne Nelson’s book, “I Am Not Yvonne Nelson,” which explored her previous relationship with Sarkodie
During an interview, the host said ” People are saying the book sold out because of the brutal honesty with revelations which some think she shouldn’t have talked about, especially the controversy.
People said that maybe if your book contained issues about your relationship with McBrown in the past the book would have sold higher than this. If you were writing a memo, would you have included your time with McBrown in there?”
Okyeame Kwame in response detailed that’
“the most important thing to me in this world is peace. So anything which does not bring peace I am not interested.
If I am writing a book and I have to include issues with McBrown in this case the negative ones for the book to sell out, then hunger should kill me. I am not interested because it won’t bring peace between myself and McBrown.”
Okyeame Kwame and Nana Ama McBrown began dating in 2004. Due to their hot relationship vibes, the “couple” made headlines on major media platforms during their relationship. The reason behind the split between the two multifaceted personalities is still unknown.
