Production Of Confidence Losu’s Hollywood Collaboration Movie To Commence Next Year

Confidence Losu, Co-founder of Tableteye Multimedia, Producer/director of Zoli and other trendy Ghanaian films has postponed the production of his maiden international collaboration feature film titled “ Alisa (Travesty Of Justice)” to next year.

Coronavirus did not only affect businesses, travel, and education. It has also affected the entertainment industry, especially in the movie industry.

The movie initially scheduled to be shot in June 2020 would feature a list of known and new faces from the Ghanaian movie industry and Hollywood.

Producer of the film, Jonna Johnson, a Hollywood casting director and Film Producer cum founder of  Dirt Path Productions announced the situation on her Instagram account.

On his part, Confidence Losu, the director of the film and Co-founder of Tableteye Multimedia explained his position in an exclusive interview with Gabla Godwin.  According to him, he has been hit really hard by the Coronavirus and its effects on what he describes as his biggest film project ever.

“ I really don't know what to say. Frankly, I really expected this project to fly this year so we can achieve our aim of changing the narrative of Ghanaian films and African films. But as it stands now, we have to look forward to February next year and hopefully nail it hard. I'm thankful to Miss Jonna Johnson and her crew for being part of this project and believing in the African spirit and creativity. Let's get ready for the action next year. Meanwhile, we shall continue with training and having our set built, as well as other important factors.”  He said.
