Actually, the girl is a YouTuber who texts over 100 celebrities and asks them out on dates to see what they say, respond to it, and then upload the video to YouTube.

She decided to try her luck with rappers Joey B and Yaw Tog on her most recent episode, and she almost succeeded in getting them to ask her out on a date.
