“I’m Buying Coca-Cola Next, To Put Cocaine Back In” – Elon Musk Says After Buying Twitter
On Monday, the Twitter board stated that it had reached an agreement with Musk, which represented a 38 percent premium over the firm's closing price on April 1, the day before the world's richest person launched his play for the company by declaring his 9% holding.
Musk has hinted that he intends to make big modifications to the social media platform in recent months. It comes after Musk's pal Jack Dorsey stepped down as CEO and was replaced by Parag Agrawal.
Musk joked that his next trick would be to reintroduce cocaine into Coca-Cola. (The first Coca-Cola bottle, which was publicly sold in 1894, reportedly contained roughly 3.5 grams of cocaine.)
