Adina Wins Best Reggae/Dancehall Song with ‘Why’ at #VGMA22

Adina Thembi has bagged two awards on consecutive nights of the 2021 Vodafone Ghana Music Awards.

On Friday, June 25, at the industry awards, the South African-born Ghanaian won the Record of the Year.

On Saturday, she walked away with the Best Reggae/Dancehall Song of the Year with her hit song Why.

She beat competition from reggae/dancehall songs like Gye Diee by Ras Kuuku, Sherrif by MzVee and Forever by veteran Samini to the award.

Before the award, she came on stage to give an electrifying performance.
