Ernest Best Anane and Precious Agbenya, aka Emperor Blade in the largest opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC), has alleged that the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) government has an agenda of rigging the upcoming 2020 general elections with the assistance of the United State of America (USA) hence doing everything possible to allow them have their military base in the country.
According to him, the NPP government admittedly that, they have failed the Ghanaian electorates miserably in terms of delivery per the uncountable promises made in the 2016 general elections, have realised that, they would the next elections genuinely, and for that matter, must find any fouls means to ensure that, they maintain in government, hence the decision to ensure that they have support from the USA. He moreover, indicated that, apart from the first year Free Senior High School which they promise parents from the first year to the third is even a failure on it's own to the extent only the first year's students are the only beneficial, and nothing else is going on, which the Nana led NPP government could pointed us their legacy.
He made mentioned of the One District One Factory, Village One Dam and One Constituency One Million dollars are all failures on the part of the NPP campaign and promise to electorates during the last elections. He observed that, the NPP government sensing such disappointment is aware of the electorates loosing hope in the government and could punish them in 2020 as pay back, hence the attempt to rig the upcoming elections in connivance with the USA to their favour.
He disclosed that, the NPP government of the day has failed the masses in the country which affects all the sectorsfrom both the private and public institutions, which he said because today government has becomes family and friends including girlfriends which is breeding a very huge corruptions in government, and argued how such government could deliver.
