Fan Defends Yaw Tog Over His British Accent, Says It Was An Appreciation To Stormzy
In the midst of the troll against the young rapper, Yaw Tog, a fan has jumped to his defense, saying that his recent accent was a special thank you message to Stormzy.
Well, Yaw Tog's freestyle did not really receive the best of welcome from large sections of Ghanaians who jumped on it with negative reactions.
The key issue that many of them have, which has led to their condemnation, is that the talented rapper was attempting to flow in a British accent rather than his usual twi rap.
However, one Twitter user claims that the freestyle is meant to pay homage to American rapper Stormzy, who recently remixed his album Sore.
He wrote; Yaw Tog made that freestyle as a thank you to Stormzy and not for the locals…sorry if you can't relate..young Bull
