“I Once Lost My Memory Due To Acting” – Jim Iyke (Video)
Jim Iyke, the well Nigerian actor, has spoken out about some difficult moments in his acting career.
To reach this stage, Jim Iyke stated he had to labor on several movie sets and suffered as a result. He claimed to be able to make an average of 48 films every year, which he claimed no one else could.
In an interview on Kumasi's Agyenkwa 101.9 FM, the renowned Nollywood actor made the disclosures.
He admitted to the show's host that he was appearing in three films on the same day at one point. And it took a toll on his health as a result.
Jim Iyke announced in two weeks that he was averaging 6 films per year in 2013. As a result, he had a nervous breakdown somewhere along the way. That year, it was December. He was unable to recall anything, and the doctor concluded that his memory had been overworked. He also advised him to take a break.
He was imprisoned in a presidential room in a large hotel, where he had lived his whole life. He stated he had to spend Christmas in lockdown for two days before regaining his memories.
Jim Iyke claims to have appeared in over 300 films throughout the course of his career.
