“The Money Is Not Enough” – Serwaa Amihere Rejects An Offer Of Ghc 20,000 Just To Stay Indoors From Dec 17th To Jan 10th

Ghanaian broadcaster Serwaa Amihere has sparked a debate on social media over why she rejected down a Ghc 20,000 offer to stay indoors from December 17th to January 10th, arguing that the money was insufficient for such a commitment.

D Black asked on Twitter if anybody would be prepared to stay indoors for GH20,000 from December 17th to January 10th, and the reactions were amazing and hilarious.

Serwaa Amihere entered the topic on Twitter but then declined the money, arguing it was too tiny for her to make such a commitment to stay indoors for so long for GH20k, hinting she would not do so.

Serwaa Amihere did not provide any explanations for her response, but we believe she would earn more than the 20k promised if she worked, so why make such a large sacrifice for 20k when she could earn more if she worked?

For many individuals, $20,000 is a significant sum of money, and they would be ready to stay home and sleep well simply to have it, but for Serwaa Amihere, it is insufficient since she knows she can earn more if she goes out to work.
