“3 Network Boss, Sadiq And I Are Cool” – Shatta Wale

Charles Nii Armah Mensah, better known as Shatta Wale, the Ghanaian dancehall giant, has stated that he is now comfortable with Sadiq Abdulai Abu, the CEO of the 3Music Awards.

It may be remembered that Shatta Wale and Sadiq were at odds a few months ago, with Shatta Wale revealing some secrets about Sadiq and making some outrageous assertions.

In a recent interview with prominent Ghanaian media personality Andy Dosty, he declared that they are now cool and have always been cool, in response to a query regarding their squabble.

Sadiq Abdulai Abu is the current CEO of 3 Media Networks, the owners of the music media brand 3Music, as well as the CEO of the annual 3Music Awards. Prior to this, he was the Country Director of Transsion's music streaming service Boomplay, where he oversaw the establishment of the company's Ghana office, the hiring of staff, and the acquisition of almost 3.5 million Ghanaian customers as well as material from every significant Ghanaian content owner.

Sadiq is also the co-founder of Muse Africa, music, lifestyle, and entertainment company aimed at millennials, where he served as the firm's founding CEO until 2018. Sadiq also led Muse Africa's active citizenship campaign, #MuseParticipate, in collaboration with Oxfam Ghana. Sadiq is now pursuing a post-graduate LLB degree in Ghana after graduating from the African University College of Communications (AUCC) with a degree in marketing communications studies.
