“Bro You Can’t Be Proud You R@ped A Girl” – Edem Tells Shatta Wale After Proudly Stating He Raped A Girl
Denning Hotor Edem, better known in entertainment circles as Edem, the Ghanaian rapper, has slammed a dancehall singer for his r@pe remark.
After his latest rape statement on Twitter, dancehall and afrobeat singer Shatta Wale has had a lot of people talking. For a few days now, Shatta Wale and his old pal Burna Boy have been pouring fire on social media platforms.
Both singers launched an assault after Shatta Wale blasted the Nigerian community for failing to support Ghanaian artists. Nigerians and other Ghanaians were quick to respond to his remark.
On social media, the artists Burna Boy and Shatta Wale traded insults. Burna Boy was accused by Shatta Wale of sexually abusing a woman named Matilda Hipsy. When the lady refused to have anything to do with him, Shatta accused Burna of pushing herself on her.
Shatta Wale came to Twitter a few hours after accusing Burna Boy of rape and attempting to parody him. He tweeted that Burna Boy is envious of him since he “rapped” his girlfriend as well.
Many others, including actress Lydia Forson and artist Edem, were offended by his remarks. Edem chastised Shatta Wale for boasting about rapping a female.
