Dr. Osei Kwame Despite normally spends his birthday at his hometown with the widows, chiefs, and all of the people in his community, and this year's celebration was no exception, but with a slight twist to what he usually shares.

On his 60th birthday, he gifted his sisters Mary and Maame Bea two houses, and we can only guess what he'll offer the widows this year, since he always makes sure to put a smile on their faces.
