Undisputed Ghanaian female rapper , whose formal name is Ruth Eno Adjoa Amankwah Nyame Adom, has disclosed how members of the church she attends prayed against her musical career.

She claimed that after seeing her photo, the congregation prayed against her talent, believing it was not from God because she was born to a preacher.

She said in an interview with Asieduwaa Akumia on Prime Morning on Friday that her church members believed her music to be demonic. They thought she was demon-possessed.

She recalled that they hung my photo in the church and prayed that neither my music nor anything else should be successful for me.

She said, “We're great, albeit it wasn't easy in the beginning,” when questioned about her relationship with her father.

The hip-hop musician continued by discussing how she left her family behind in order to launch her music career.

“I first tried to hide it,” she said. Because I'm on TV and everywhere, it became a problem, and I disguised it until I couldn't hide it any more. From home, I had to flee.

She wanted to be a rapper even though she was unable to listen to secular music at home.

Abrewa Nana and Mzbel, according to the rap queen, served as her musical inspirations.
