Kelvin Brown, also known as Kelvynboy, has shared some invaluable advice on how he manages his mental health and stays sane when he is not performing.
During his appearance on Culture Daily Live on 3 Music TV, Kelvynboy was asked how he handled his mental health and whether he sought counseling.
“I don't have a therapist on my team or a doctor, but I do have individuals I talk to and things I do that are therapeutic,” he added.
In addition, Kelvynboy disclosed that he has always had a hyper personality, even from his early years in Assin Fosu, Ghana's Central Region, where he sang in the church. Hence, after every performance, his return to everyday life has little effect on his disposition.
“I feel like I've done that my entire life.” “I am always energetic, from my days in the church to my daily life,” KelvynBoy admitted to the show's hosts. In addition to writing and performing music, I also enjoy listening to other people's music when I am at home.
“I visit the beach because it helps me.” I enjoy watching movies. I take certain actions. Why would I want to go to the beach alone when I can go there with someone? “I don't fish,” he declared amid laughs.
