Black Sherif takes the street to feed kids in parts of Accra on Christmas Day
Ghanaian music sensation Black Sherif, fed children in various parts of Accra on Christmas Day in a heartwarming act of kindness and community spirit.
The artist’s altruistic gesture serves as a reminder of the value of giving back and the constructive influence that musicians can have outside of their creative pursuits.
Christmas is a time for giving, and Black Sherif took full advantage of this idea by planning a festive feast for underprivileged children. The artist traveled around Accra with a group of volunteers, sharing not only mouthwatering food but also the coziness and cheer of the season.
The children, many of whom may not have had access to such a celebration, were treated to a memorable Christmas Day.
Black Sherif’s Christmas Day initiative dubbed ‘Santa Blacko’ shows that the act of breaking bread together not only addresses immediate needs but also creates a bond among community members, emphasizing the shared values of compassion and caring.
