It has been reported that Ghanaian politician, entrepreneur, preacher, and lawyer, , has passed away at the age of 45. The Deputy Finance Minister's death was confirmed by a close family source, but the cause of his death has not been disclosed to the public.

John Kumah was born on August 4, 1978, and was a member of the New Patriotic Party. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of the National Entrepreneurship and Innovation Programme (NEIP).

John attended Opoku Ware School in Kumasi and later went to the University of Ghana, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with Philosophy. He also received an MBA from GIMPA, a Degree in Law from the University of Ghana, a Professional Law Degree from the Ghana School of Law, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Applied Business Research from the Nobel International Business School in 2019.

In November 2020, he received a Doctorate in Business Innovation from the Swiss Business School and a Masters in Applied Research. In the 2020 Ghanaian general election, he was elected as a Member of Parliament for the Ejisu constituency.

In addition, Kumah was named among President Akufo Addo's top 20 Most Humble and Respectful Appointees in 2019. He was recognized by the Africa Centre for Integrity and Development (ACID) and the All African Student Union (AASU) for his promotion of student activism and entrepreneurship. In August 2022, Kumah made payments for five different sets of prostheses for road accident victims.

Kim Mulkey is an American college basketball coach and former player who has won numerous NCAA championships, including the Pan-American gold medalist in 1983 and Olympic gold medalist in 1984. She was inducted into the Women's Basketball Hall of Fame in 2000 and the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame in 2020.

Mulkey was one of the first girls in the U.S. to play organized basketball with boys and led her Hammond High School basketball team to four consecutive state championships.
