Akuapem Poloo’s Lawyer Intends To File For An Appeal

Information reaching the front desk of dklassgh.net has it that the lawyer of actress, Akuapem Poloo want to file for an appeal after she was sentenced to 90 days in prison.

Recall, the actress appeared in court today for her final sentence after she was being charged with undermining the integrity of her seven-year-old son after she shared a naked photo alongside her son.

She pleaded guilty to all the charges leveled against her and for that, the Accra Circuit Court presided over by Her Honor Christiana Cann sentenced her to 90 days imprisonment.

Well, her lawyer, Andrew Vortia has said that he has written to the court for the full judgment and will be waiting for the response on Monday, after which he will be able to file for an appeal.

“If I have it by the close of the day, by 9 am on Monday I will file an appeal,” he told the media.
