Gyakie Finally Reveals The Inspiration Behind Her Song ‘Forever’ (Video)

Gyakie, the promising Ghanaian singer, has explained what prompted her to write her most popular song, “Forever.”

The song propelled the singer to stardom in no time, as it was streamed on numerous platforms by a large number of music fans.

With the song, she became the first African woman to collaborate with Spotify. The song also charted at the top of numerous domestic and international charts.

Fast forward to when she released a remix of the song with Omah Lay from Nigeria, and she was able to gain a large following in that country as well.

Gyakie claimed in an interview with Pulse Ghana that she created her song “Forever” after visualizing her future love life.

Every phrase in the song, she claimed, was how she saw her future self falling in love with someone.

Meanwhile, Deloris Frimpong Manso, commonly known as Delay, a notorious television presenter, has warned musician Amerado that he is too young to marry her.

Amerado, a popular Ghanaian rapper, is this week’s “Delay show” guest and has disclosed a lot about himself and his music industry. Although the whole interview has yet to air, the presenter has published a portion of it on her Instagram page.

Delay, the host, interrogated the artist about his relationship and that of his girlfriend. Amerado admitting to being in a relationship and having a girlfriend. He did say, though, that he wants his fans’ focus to be on his music career rather than his personal life.
