We Were Told Wizkid Will Not Show Up At 3:03 Am – Live Hub Rep

Wizkid Live at Accra Sports Stadium organizers, Live Hub Entertainment, have addressed claims that they intended to deceive attendees by using Wizkid's name to promote the event. They responded by saying they just knew Wizkid wouldn't appear at 3:30 a.m. the next day.

An employee of Live Hub's management team addressed the matter of Wizkid's absence on TV3 New Day and described the circumstances that resulted in disappointing the audience.

According to him, Live Hub Entertainment was unaware that Wizkid would not be performing until the early hours of the concert's following day.

“That was the predetermined strategy, and we knew he was going to show.” We learned just before the event that he wouldn't be there. 3:03 am. And I'm telling you the precise moment when we discovered it. So they were there—his team. He informed us through SMS that he wouldn't be attending. That occurred at 3:03 a.m.

Additionally, Wizkid had visited the location for sound tests, according to the Live Hub entertainment representative. Members of the Nigerian musician's staff, he said, were also present during the event, but the organizers were informed of Wizkid's absence by text message.

A representative for Live Hub said that they had received legal advice not to reveal all the information. They will, however, respond to certain inquiries later today on Wizkid's absence on their social media accounts.

“I was urged not to release as much information. Less is better in this case. On our social media pages, we'll address some of these queries later.

But for now, I just want Ghanaians to know that we are prepared to reimburse the right individuals. And we will research this, look into it, and ensure that any errors or mistakes in what was done are fixed.
