Rapper , who is based in the US but is from Ghana, is making the most of this week's co-headlining event in Ghana by spearheading a campaign to provide clean water to three towns in Ghana.

According to Vic, he was inspired by the firsthand observation of the harsh living circumstances, which included tainted water, and teamed up with his father to start their effort.

The rapper, who was born in Chicago, claims that “we're building three boreholes in different villages in Ghana to give safe drinking water; the first is the Asokore Zongo in Koforidua, where my family resides, which is already built.”

is providing boreholes to three communities, adding that the other two are Effiduase, a neighboring town, and Amedzofe, our ancestral hamlet in the Volta Region. In Ghana, in villages like these, the majority of residents frequently contract waterborne illnesses.

Barring any delays, drilling for the boreholes is expected to take 3–4 weeks and will involve drilling on-site for 10–15 days before installing cable and pipe.

Everything seems to be done in a first-rate manner. According to reports, water will really be analyzed in a lab before being consumed by people. The boreholes cost $45k to build.
