Nana Ama McBrown maintained her faith and hope even when there seemed to be no hope at the beginning of her acting career. She longed for a day like today when the world would recognize her exceptional talent.

McBrown, a successful firebrand in Ghana today, attributes her success to persevering and working nonstop to achieve her goals. She disregards anyone who try to make fun of her or look down on her because of this.

The well-known actress and show host joined Media General on Monday, March 13, after formerly hosting United Showbiz for Despite Media for more than three years.

Following the shift, some Despite Media employees have criticized McBrown as being ungrateful, while others assert that her former employers helped shape her into a better television presenter.

The award-winning media personality discussed her personal challenges on 3FM with Johnnie Hughes and claimed credit for her improvement in acting and all other facets of her life.

“I started this a long time ago; it didn't start today. Long ago, I saw and knew about this image. I am working for myself, not to impress anyone. The fact that I get pursued by folks is a part of my profession. What about the benefits? The same thing happens when ambassadorial deals are approaching.

I leave whoever is saying anything negative about me up to God since I am aware of who I am and how hard I have fought to be where I am. I didn't come here merely to show off my grin or maybe even my beauty. I've worked hard to make my smile memorable. She banged proudly: “Well, Jonnie, I have worked! “I am here because I have worked,” she said.
