Following the shift, some Despite Media employees have criticized McBrown as being ungrateful, while others assert that her former employers helped shape her into a better television presenter.
The award-winning media personality discussed her personal challenges on 3FM with Johnnie Hughes and claimed credit for her improvement in acting and all other facets of her life.
“I started this a long time ago; it didn't start today. Long ago, I saw and knew about this image. I am working for myself, not to impress anyone. The fact that I get pursued by folks is a part of my profession. What about the benefits? The same thing happens when ambassadorial deals are approaching.
I leave whoever is saying anything negative about me up to God since I am aware of who I am and how hard I have fought to be where I am.
