Article Wan

responded to rumors that he was done as a professional.

In a recent interview, the Ghanaian reggae/Afro dancehall artist refuted the claim that he is no longer relevant in the music industry.

He claimed that he purposefully withdrew from the music scene.

The “Solo” hitmaker revealed that his break is a part of his plans to reposition his brand to reflect current market trends.

“At a point in my life, I decided to sit back and rebrand because there is a lot of money in music. I travel, I hear and see different stuff. It's a matter of time,” he shared during the interview.

“I am not dead yet, and I won't die now. I just have to sit back, work properly and put more effort into my craft, my creativity, and come back again,” he said on JoyPrime's ‘On A More Serious Note'.

Article Wan is currently promoting his new song ‘YeYe'.
