Dancehall superstar Stonebwoy has received a lot of appreciation from Ghanaian singer Emmanuel Botchway, also known as Kwaw Kese, for his achievements in the music business.


In contrast to those who declare themselves to be the greatest, he believes that Stonebwoy and other artists such as Kuami Eugene, KiDi, Kwesi Arthur, and others are now the buzz of the music business.

He claimed that although some Ghanaian musicians enjoy making meaningless songs with graphic lyrics that render them unimportant in the market, others are working very hard to produce quality music.

Kwaw Kese made a sly shot at other dancehall artists who frequently release obscene songs during a live TikTok session.

“Now that you guys are out of business, we talk about Kwesi Arthur, KiDi, Kuami Eugene, and other people instead of you guys. Do you really believe that those meaningless tunes with graphic lyrics would have helped you much? They are outdated.

“Stonebwoy is making significant contributions both locally and globally. “You are nobody if you call yourself a dancehall artist, and you are not living up to your potential,” he declared.

While Kwaw Kese did not give names, some have speculated that his remark is directed against a dancehall singer with whom he has a dispute.
