Kwabena Agyei Agyapong born on 6th March 1962 popularly known as Chairman Wontumi is a Ghanaian Civil Engineer. He owns a civil engineering firm,Constro Consult Limited. He worked with the Ghana Highway Authority for a long time.

He rescently opened his TV and radio stations and is most often than not seen on his television network addressing national issues. The Wontumi TV and Wontumi Radio are very popular media houses in the country now. He is very popular in the country and he is known for some of his controversial statement he makes on his television network.

Chairman Wontumi was born as Bernard Antwi Bosiako on 1st May 1976 in the Ashanti region. There is not much-known bout his parents and siblings. Chairman Wontumi insists he attended Prempeh College in Kumasi in 1996, rebushing claims that he has never been to school.

Chairman Wontumi has become a maverick and rich politician in Ghana and a strong member of the New Patriotic Party (NPP).

He is also the Ashanti Regional Chairman of the New Patriotic Party.

Chairman Wontumi is also into mining buisness. He has a mining company in obuasi. He rescently recounted how former president John Dramani Mahama closed down his mining company. It is believed he made allot of money through the mining company. He claimed John Dramani Mahama seized him from operating. He said he had a lot of people working for him.He is found of criticizing John Dramani Mahama and his brother Abrahim Mahama.

He claims the former president John Dramani Mahama was the key reason for the Collapse of his buisness. He is sorounded with controversies, he once brought gold bars on live TV. He wanted to make a statement he doesn't just brag, but he actually has the money. He is married to Lawrencia Agyapong and they have three children together. Chairman Wontumi has expensive cars in his garage as he loves to spend.
