Black Sherif finally Explains What Inspired His New Banger “Soja”- Watch
Mohammed Ismail Sherif Kwaku Frimpong, a hip-hop and drill singer from Ghana popularly known as Black Sherif, has revealed the source of inspiration for his most recent song, “Soja.”
Following several months of famine, Black Sherif made the decision to bless his followers and all music aficionados with another song that has the potential to become a worldwide success, “Soja.”
This comes months after he released “Kwaku The Traveler,” which dominated charts and earned dominance throughout the world. Both in Nigeria and Ghana, the song reached No. 1 on Apple Music, making the composer one of the select few musicians in Ghana to make that advancement in their musical careers.
Just a few hours after the song's release, Black Sherif spoke with a group of panelists in a radio studio, among them the head of the 3Music Network, Sadiq Abdulai Abu, and described the inspiration behind and message he wishes to convey to his fans in his new song.
He claims that the song addresses the necessity for self-awareness in order to prevent one's own worries and unpleasant emotions from distracting them from their life's purpose and objectives.
Blacko claimed that for almost a week after writing this particular song, he had no more desire to write songs, but he was instructed to wait before making it available to the general public.
However, his team head after listening to the song over and over again, encouraged him to release the song in order for it to serve its purpose. He added that song also speaks about how people should brace themselves against all negative energies and their own anxieties in order not to loose focus in their lives.
