A well-known American dancer named tWitch was discovered dead from a self-inflicted gunshot wound at a hotel, shockingly breaking the internet.

Lydia Forson shared her thoughts about what she feels every time she hears about a suicide on Twitter after the dancer's loss.

She claimed to be able to imagine how tough it must be for upbeat people to remain optimistic every day of their lives, as well as how lonely it must have been for them.

Taking to Twitter, Lydia Forson wrote:

“Every time I read about suicide all I can think of is how hard the person must have fought to stay happy and how alone they must have felt.

“Sending light to everyone going through it mentally, it's not easy.”
