Wizkid Finally Breaks Silence And Reveals Why He Failed To Show Up At His Concert In Ghana

, the multi-award-winning Nigerian Afrobeat sensation born Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun, has angered those who booked tickets for his Live Concert at Accra Sports Stadium.

Many people are calling the performance, which was supposed to take place on Saturday, December 10, 2022, a terrible waste of time and money.

Patrons who had paid large sums of money in the hopes of seeing the singer ascend the stage to delight them were disappointed when he did not appear, after tweeting about it earlier in the day.

According to various commentaries sighted on social media about the concert, the DJ and MC for the events were left to keep the crowd going for over two hours after some acts like Yaw Tog mounted the stage to perform.

Despite the long wait, Wizkid and the other headliners did not appear at the show.

Currently, many people who bought tickets are requesting that the performer refund their money.

Wizkid was set to perform in Ghana for the third time, following his debut with Akon in 2018.

Finali Entertainment Group, the parent organization of Live Hub Entertainment, organized the event.

R2Bees, King Promise, Eugy, Efya, Darko Vibes, Kelvyn Boy, Gyakie, Yaw Tog, Asaaka Boy, and others from Ghana's music scene were also scheduled to perform.
