Falling In Love As A Popular Person Is Dangerous – Gyakie

Ghanaian songstress Jackeline Acheampong, better known as Gyakie, has admitted that one of her current biggest fears is falling in love with the wrong person.

According to the young singer who rose to fame only a few years into the music business, falling in love with a famous person is terrifying.

Gyakie revealed in an interview with KSM that she finds it hard to fall in love today because she never knows if the other person will be sincere or just after her popularity.

Because it's difficult to know whether someone loves you for who you are or because you're nerdy and they want to boast about it, Gyaki said, “I haven't fallen in love because there is another hazard.”

Gyakie hastened to add, however, that she is willing to mingle despite her phobia.

The singer admitted in a recent interview that while she writes mostly love songs, her lyrics do not accurately depict her experiences in life.
