Castro is Alive, he will return soon – Nhyiraba Kojo reveals (Video)
Friday, July 7 2023 Will mark exactly Nine years since Hiplife artiste, Castro, and his female friend, Janet Bandu, went missing during a jet ski cruise at the Ada Estuary in 2014.
Since their disappearance, a good number of people, including Castro‘s musician friends, have expressed their certainty that he is alive and will return someday.
Now, as his grieving family and close friends prepare to mark another year of his absence, a musician named Yawkoi, who claims to be a childhood friend of Castro (real name Theophilus Tagoe) says the award-winning artiste is alive and will return this year.
Nhyiraba Kojo in an interview with Fiifi Pratt on Kingdom Fm reveals that that Castro is still alive and will return soon, he is not dead.
He argues that claims that Castro could be declared dead in absentia if there is no evidence that he is still alive after seven years are ”frivolous” and complete ”hogwash”.
To him, until Castro’s body is found and duly identified, he will not going to accept declaration that his former friend legally dead. Therefore he still believes his friend is alive.
“And mind you, we are natives of a fishing community and as children, we swam deep into the sea when we went fishing, so this Ada river is not one that Castro cannot survive,” he said.
Nhyiraba Kojo has over the years, released several hit songs, including ”Ehye Wo Bo”, Ebola, ”Yaayi” and a host of others.
He can today boast of his own restaurant – one in Accra and the other in Takoradi; a clothing line, and fleets of commercial cars that ply from Accra to Takoradi and back, every blessed day.
He is arguably one of the richest musicians in the country.
