Not All Men Cheat – Joe Mettle Says
Joe Mettle recently refuted colleague Wendy Shay's claim that every male cheats in one of her songs in a submission on Peace FM.
The gospel singer asserts that just because some men engage in extramarital affairs does not imply that all men are the same and take the same course.
The former Vodafone Ghana Music Awards Artiste of the Year rejected the notion that men are inherently dishonest and voiced his extreme surprise instead.
Joe Mettle claimed that Wendy Shay made the claim because she had been a victim, but it is incorrect to assume that all men cheat.
“Wendy Shay, the woman, said that all men cheat. A man should be able to say that. She might have stated that in response to the interaction he had with her boyfriend. As a man, I'm here to tell you that it's untrue that all men cheat.
“You didn't put it well, especially when you said that every man cheats. Some people claim that most guys cheat, but it is false if you claim that every male does so, as the speaker stated.
The man said, “You can ask other men if that [every man cheats] is true, but I totally disagree.”
