Funmilayo Adebayo, the Nigerian evangelist known as Mummy G.O, has denied being the persona in the viral videos presenting hell-threatening preachings.

The founder of Rapture Proclaimers Evangelical Church of God made the statement during a recent interview with BBC News Pidgin.

She became an internet sensation as footage of her hell-threatening lectures began to circulate online, earning her the title Mummy GO.

Mummy GO maintains that the lady in the sermon videos is not her, and that all memes and footage of her are phony.

Even the Devil, much less a preacher, she asserted, would never make the allegations made in the viral videos.
